※シティホテル（ラブホテル以外）ご利用の場合、カードキー等がないとお部屋まで行けない場合があります。その場合はホテル連絡の際に教えていただけると助かります。

ご予約当日の流れ
１.ご予約の確認
ご予約の60分前までに、キャストの公式ライン・キャストのXアカウントDM、またはAmo公式ラインまで、
ご予約名・ご予約時間を添えて、ご予約確認のご連絡をお願いいたします。
２.ホテルへ
ご予約の15分前までに、ご予約時にお選びいただいたエリア内のホテルにお入りになって、ホテル名とお部屋番号をご連絡ください。その後簡単でかまいませんのでシャワーを浴びてお待ちください。
※待ち合わせご希望の場合
ご予約時間に指定の待ち合わせ場所までお越しください。ホテル入室後、プレイ時間スタートとなります。
※待ち合わせオプションをご利用の際、合流からホテル入室までは10分以内とさせていただきます。ホテル入室に時間がかかった場合でも11分目からコース時間が開始します。
３.キャストホテル入室
お時間までにキャストがお部屋にお伺いします。
キャスト入室後、プレイ時間開始となります。お会計は先になります。
※２回目以降お会計時にポイントカードのご提示をお願いいたします。
「口コミ10分プレゼント」ご利用される際ははじめにお知らせください。
キャストがシャワーを浴びている間に、カウンセリングシートをご記入になってお待ちください。
４.終了
終了時間、10分前にタイマーを設定させていただきます。
タイマーが鳴りましたらキャストが退出の準備をさせていただき、終了時間に解散になります。
※解散は、ホテルのお部屋またはホテル入り口のどちらかになります。
解散場所のご希望がある場合は事前にキャストまでご相談ください。
キャストによってはご希望に添えない場合もございます。いずれも終了時間までとなりますので、場合によってはおでかけオプションのご利用もご検討ください。
Flow on the Day of Your Reservation
1. Reservation Confirmation
Please contact us at least 60 minutes before your reservation time to confirm your booking.
When contacting us, please include your reservation name and reservation time.
You may contact us via:
- The cast member’s official LINE
- The cast member’s X (Twitter) DM
- Amo official LINE
2. Arrival at the Hotel
Please enter a hotel within the area you selected at the time of booking at least 15 minutes before your reservation time.
After entering the hotel, please send us the hotel name and room number, then take a quick shower and wait in your room.
※ If you selected the meeting option
Please arrive at the designated meeting location at your reservation time.
The play time will begin after entering the hotel room.
When using the meeting option, the time from meeting to entering the hotel room must be within 10 minutes.
If entering the room takes longer, the course time will begin from the 11th minute, regardless of the reason.
3. Cast Enters the Hotel Room
The cast member will arrive at your room by the scheduled time.
The play time begins once the cast member enters the room.
Payment will be collected before the session begins.
- From your second visit onward, please present your point card at payment.
- If you wish to use the “10-minute bonus for reviews”, please inform the cast member at the beginning.
While the cast member is taking a shower, please fill out the counseling sheet and wait.
4. End of Session
A timer will be set 10 minutes before the end time.
When the timer rings, the cast member will begin preparing to leave, and the session will end at the scheduled time.
※ Dismissal location
Dismissal will take place either:
- In the hotel room, or
- At the hotel entrance
If you have a preference, please consult with the cast member in advance.
Please note that some cast members may not be able to accommodate all requests.
All sessions must end by the scheduled end time.
Depending on the situation, you may wish to consider using the outing option.
